Q&A: HR ASPECTS OF THE CORONAVIRUS
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak the Danish government implemented several severe measures, including among others:
Instruction of all public sector employees in non-critical roles to
work from home until April 13, 2020; Encouraging all private employers to instruct their employees to work from home to the extent possible, take holidays and/or time off in lieu; and the closure of all schools and daycare facilities in the period from March 16th to April 13, 2020.
The situation in general and the measures implemented by the Danish government in particular raises several HR related questions which we have compiled in the overview of Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQ”) below.
